Step 1: Let’s Talk First — The Discovery Call Before anything else, we hop on a quick call or Zoom so I can learn your story. Step 3: Wish List + Deal Breakers — Let’s Get SpecificTell me what you absolutely need and what you can’t stand. For example, I had a client who needed central air conditioning, so from that moment on, every house we looked at had A/C. It saved us both time and made the search way more efficient.
Step 4: Let’s Go Shopping — Real Homes, Real FastThis is the fun part! I’ll schedule showings that make sense, and I’ll point out details you might miss. One of my clients fell in love with a house on the third showing, and we made an offer that night!​
Step 5: Make the Offer — Let Me Negotiate For YouWhen it’s time to make the offer, I handle the negotiation like it’s my own money. For example, we got Ashley’s dream home for less than asking and had the seller cover closing costs.

Step 6: Inspections + Appraisal — Due Diligence TimeWe’ll do inspections and appraisals to make sure everything is solid. Once, we found a hidden mold issue during an inspection, and we were able to walk away and save my client thousands.
Step 7: Clear to Close — Final Steps Before Keys
Once everything checks out, we’re almost there. I’ll guide you through the final paperwork and what to expect on closing day. One of my clients, Shaquilla, closed in just over a month, and I made sure she had everything ready to move in smoothly.

Step 8: Closing Day — Keys + CelebrationThis is the big day! We sign the papers, and you get your keys. I make sure it’s a celebration because you’ve earned it!
